3rd Annual Gingerbread Village
It’s that time of year again! The village will be on display from December 2nd through the 16th at the library during open hours. This event is a fundraiser for the Library’s Friends Group. The Friends will sell raffle tickets so that visitors may vote on their favorite Gingerbread creation.

Thursday Night Book Club
Join us Thursday, December 14 at 5 PM in discussing Bird by Bird: Some Instructions on Writing and Life by Anne Lamott. Copies of this title will be available at the library.

Hedgehog Book Craft
Join us Saturday, January 6th at 12:30 PM in creating a hedgehog out of a book! Registration required. Open to teens and adults.

New Museum Pass–Florence Griswold Museum
This pass admits 2 adults and 2 children 18 & under into the Museum. May not be combined with other coupons or passes. Does not include special event fees when applicable. Senior Center Book Club at the Library
Join us Tuesday, December 12th at 2 PM at the library to discuss The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot. Copies of this title will be available at the library.

Recycling at the Library
Look for the red bucket in the library’s upper lobby! Do you have any old pens, markers, applesauce pouches, or toothpaste tubes? Sara Hofferd has placed a drop off space for these recyclables and more. If you’re wondering if your plastic items can be left in the red bucket, check https://www.terracycle.com/en-US/brigades
